How long is the shipping process?  Standard shipping is 2-5 business days SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email.

Price for shipping? Domestic shipping price varies up to $15.00 international shipping price varies up to $75.00

What shipping company does RoyaltyHairAddict use?  USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves RoyaltyHairAddict for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

When do I receive tracking information? Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

Does RoyaltyHairAddict have a policy for return/exchange? ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the  changes to correct it immediately.  NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELATIONS 

What's the size of the RoyaltyHairAddict full lace wig units? the wigs are standard size fits the average size head, if you have a larger head than most please include that in your notes section of your order form ,if your head is really really small we recommend the Glueless units as they have an elastic band to adjust to your head. 

What to do to prevent shedding? ALL hair including natural hair may have minor shedding when combing, we recommend you use RoyaltysHairAddict weft sealer on weft&lace.

Can bundles/wigs be colored? ALL RoyaltysHairCollection virgin hair can be colored, we DO NOT recommend coloring the quick weave (glue in) hair. PLEASE seek PROFESSIONAL help when coloring hair we recommend not using BW-2 to color hair.

Can i shop on your site from my cell phone?  Yes, it is much easier when you download the shopify app to your phone.
